    • 1 medium onion, sliced
    • 2 red bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • Season with: garlic powder, onion powder, vegetable seasoning, salt, pepper
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp butter (infused)
  • For the Gravy:
    • 2 cups beef broth
    • 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon)
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 3 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (can substitute with soy sauce)
  • Serving:
    • 2 cups cooked rice
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    • Green onion, chopped (for garnish)

STEPS

  1. Marinate the Steak:
    • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and seasonings. Season the steak and slice into thin strips. Add the sliced steak into the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 1 hour up to 24 hours.
  2. Cook the Rice:
    • Wash and cook the rice until fluffy. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Steak:
    • Heat olive oil and (infused) butter in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
    • Add the marinated steak and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
    • Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
  4. Sauté the Vegetables:
    • In a bowl, toss onion and bell pepper with oil and seasonings
    • In the same pan, add the butter, and veggies. Sauté for about 4 minutes until veggies are tender. Remove from heat and set aside with the steak.
  5. Make the Gravy:
    • Add beef broth, beef bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan. Stir to combine.
      • (Optional) For a darker color, add 2-3 drops of Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master.
    • In a small container or bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water, shaking/stirring to make a slurry.
    • Bring the gravy to a boil, then whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Allow the gravy to thicken, then reduce heat to medium-low.
  6. Combine and Stew:
    • Return the cooked steak and vegetables to the pan with the gravy. Let everything stew together for 1-2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve: Serve the pepper steak over a bed of cooked rice and garnish with fresh parsley and green onion.
