INGREDIENTS

  • 2 plain bagels
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce, arugula or spinach, smoked paprika

STEPS

  1. Toast the bagels until golden brown and set aside.
